QuoteMaster's rates management system is unsurpassed in the industry. QuoteMaster allows you to manage carrier rates, origin charges, destination charges, cartage rates and client rates, including multiple validities of carrier rates and client rates. This means you can look up the rates that are valid at a specified date. As an optional feature, you can enter up to three levels of recommended sell rates and create quotes based on the selected recommended sell rate. When rates are modified, QuoteMaster automatically emails nominated staff members with a list of changes and the affected client rates, so that you need never forget to requote a rate.

QuoteMaster's Bulk Update feature allows you to perform bulk updates on carrier rates and/or client rates, based on region, service, carrier, country and specific rate. When a new surcharge is introduced or a general rate increase occurs, you can update all of your rates in just minutes.
