I have a demo version and I need a password to be able to use it. Where can I get a password without paying for it?
There has been some confusion over the need for a password. You do not need to put in a password to be able to trial the game. Just click the "Play Game" button and you will be able to try out the game ten times for free. You only need a password if you want to keep using the game after you have used your 10 free goes.
I get the error message "Runtime error 339: Component Agentctl.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid " when I try and play the game.
There are several errors referring to missing components. These errors are caused by not installing the optional components during the install. The program uses some Microsoft components under license. Because of the terms of this license the components must be offered as optional. That is, you need to explicitly agree to the separate license to install them. This can lead to some confusion because people think that the components are not necessary however they are critical to the operation of the program. If you are experiencing missing component errors then reinstall the program and answer YES to all prompts about optional component installs. This will resolve the problem.
How does my trial of ABC Spelling and Math work?
Although we state that you have 10 free goes of the program this is not 10 free games as there is no limit on the number of games you can play. The only limitation for the trial is you are able to launch the program 10 times. This means that you could launch the program in the morning and play the game all day or all week and this would count as one go regardless of how many games you play during that period. No functionality is crippled, the game is completely intact and fully functional.
My computer crashed and I had to reinstall my operating system. I have reinstalled ABC Spelling and Math however my password doesn't work.
In this case the program has generated a new program ID and so the password has changed. Every installation of ABC Spelling and Math Game uses it's own unique password. We have a record of your registration so all you need do is email us with your new program ID and we will send you a new password.
Windows XP Compatibility
Version 3.02 of the program is fully compatible with Win XP. If you are upgrading to XP you will experience problems with the speech from the characters in older versions of the program. This is easily remedied, just click the link below to download a small self extracting file which is a Microsoft speech component. When you have downloaded the file just double click it and it will install itself.
